They have actively volunteered through Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, The Boys & Girls Club of South County, and various board positions. Married for over 27 years, they are best friends who work hard and enjoy all that the SLOCal life has to offer.
Community Involvement and Personal Achievements
Scott and Sandy have participated in global humanitarian efforts, such as traveling to Africa to immunize children against polio. Sandy has completed two full marathons and multiple half marathons. She has also served as President of the local Chamber of Commerce, earned the Citizen of the Year and Rotarian of the Year awards, and was a member of the class of ’17 of SLO Leadership. Scott has earned an honorable black belt degree in Kung Fu San Soo and served as president of the Grover Beach Rotary Club.
